Anilox Rollers Cleaner

When we print or coat by anilox rollers, larger and larger coating thickness vibration will cause us to uncontrol our product quality. Sometimes it is because uncleaning your anilox rollers regularly, ink or varnish fouls the hole. We often attribute to unstable material supplied.

Even if we know anilox rollers have this problem, we just can remove it from your machine and clean it by ultrasonic cleaning machine. Unfortunately, it is very easy to break your anilox rollers.
